All Natural Herbal Insecticide

Dust Mites belong to spider family. They are parasites that survive from eating human shed skin, hair, pollen, fungi, bacteria and animal dander. We tested several anti-parasitic herbals and all dust mites, lice, spiders, bed bugs, scabies, and fleas were wiped out.

What people say makes us excited::

Yes, I DID receive your new formula. Sorry I didn't respond sooner, but I took some time off and went away for a long weekend. I am VERY impressed with the sample you sent.

I have used it about six times now, and I have really experienced great relief...more than any other product that I have tried so far! So, I am very happy to pass that news along to you. And, I am also very happy to have found a product that works.

It seems to work almost immediately. The smell as well as the color is much more pleasant than your last formula, too. Congratulations on a very fine product!! You must be very excited to share this with people.

Application:

Sprinkle small amounts (1 oz powder covers 200 sft.) over the carpet in the walking area of bedroom, living room or any room. Use carpet rake, small broom or brush to disperse the powder all over the carpet and inside the long loops deep in the fiber. The herbal ingredients inside the powder are non toxic, safe, edible and once dispersed, they do not change the color of the carpet. We also recommend a tiny amount over the mattress or in between the sheets.

Other Anti-Mite or Anti-Spider Products
There are many chemicals on the market that claim to kill spiders and dust mites or reduce the allergenic effects of their droppings, but most often these toxic chemicals affect people much worse than the mites. We have formulated the very first non-toxic, all-herbal (edible) anti-Dust Mites mixture.

Allergies:

Allergy is the response of the body to a substance called allergen. Human body produces antibodies to identify and attack foreign invaders such as viruses and germs.

This action is an important defense against bacteria, parasites, viruses and other germs that can make us sick. In the case of an allergy, the body believes the allergen is harmful. Some common types of allergens include pollen, pet dander, parasites, mold spores and of course dust mites.

When a person is exposed to an allergen, the immune system releases histamine and other chemicals. These chemicals cause the allergy symptoms.

Depending on the type of exposure, contact with an allergen may lead to sneezing, coughing, wheezing, watery eyes, and itching of the skin.

Allergies are common in children. According to The National Center for Health Statistics, hay fever alone affects more than 7.5 million American children. Some children outgrow many of their allergies. Others continue to suffer symptoms even as adults.

Dust Mite Allergy; The Most Common Cause

Dust mite protein, the number one indoor allergen, is the most common cause. At least 10 percent of the population suffer from dust mite allergy. Some of the symptoms associated with it include sneezing, itchy, watery eyes, nasal stuffiness, runny nose, stuffy ears, respiratory problems, atopic dermatitis and asthma.

What Are Dust Mites? Dust mites are in the same family as the spider.

They are so small they can not be seen with the naked eye. They are oval shaped, cream colored, eight legged creatures with sticky pads on the ends of their feet making it easy for them to burrow deep in carpet fibers and furniture. Only the dead mite particles are able to be vacuumed effectively.

They survive from eating human shed skin, finger nails, hair, pollen, fungi, bacteria and animal dander. We have also shown that they die by eating certain herbals. We have formulated these herbals in our powder.

The cleanliness of the home or the presence of animals has nothing to do with the number of mites in a home. Their population is determined by the humidity of the home, the temperature of the home, and the amount of fabric or upholstery in the home. They do not survive on vinyl or hardwood floors but are everywhere that dust accumulates.

The dust mite population increases very rapidly. Each egg-laying female can increase the population by 25 to 30 mites every three weeks. Also each mite produces between 10 and 20 waste pellets each day. The life span of a mite is only two to three months, however.

In the United States, even though dust mite populations peak in July and August, their allergen levels stay high throughout the winter.

The dust mites themselves are not allergenic, but the proteins they produce are. It is the protein DER p1 in the fecal products and disintegrating body parts that cause the most problem. No matter how vigorously you dust or vacuum, you will not reduce the number of live dust mites that are present deep within carpeting and mattresses. There are, however, steps that can be taken to make their survival more difficult.

Other Preventive Methods

Since the dust mite loves warmth and humidity, the first step is to reduce the warm temperatures and humidity in the home. To do so, an air conditioner and dehumidifier should be used. There are special filters that can be purchased for your air conditioner to help better trap airborne allergens. The filters should be changed or cleaned frequently. The dehumidifier should be cleaned regularly.

The bedroom is the perfect haven for dust mites. They live in pillows, mattresses, bed springs, blankets, and comforters. Two million of these creatures live in the average bed. The body warmth of a human, plus the shed skin flakes are conducive for dust mite growth and survival. It is best to enclose the box springs, mattress, and pillows in airtight, dust proof covers. All bedding should also be washed weekly in hot soapy water.

The ideal home should be carpet free. But for those homes with carpets, they should be professionally cleaned with super heated steam to effectively kill dust mites. Mites do not survive in hot conditions.

The most important tool for managing dust mites droppings and body particles is the powerful high filtration vacuum cleaner. Vacuuming thoroughly the carpets, mattresses, upholstered furniture, curtains and draperies once a week will reduce the dust mite allergens in your home.

Other steps to reduce dust mite allergens are to decorate with wood, vinyl, or leather furniture. Use shades or washable curtains instead of heavy drapes. Avoid anything that tends to collect dust such as wall hangings, books, clutter, and knick-knacks.

Studies have shown that clothing is also a source of dust mite allergens. Clothing should also be washed in very hot water and dried thoroughly to kill the mites.

Ridding the house of dust mites and making dietary changes does nothing to stop children developing asthma or eczema as was commonly thought.

The surprising research results prove that popular steps taken by parents to prevent the onset of allergic conditions simply don't work.

A team of Sydney researchers tracked 600 children from birth to age 5 to test whether avoiding dust mites in the home had any benefits.

"Basically, there wasn't any reduction in the risk of allergic disease or asthma, which was unexpected," said Dr Guy Marks, a researcher at Sydney's Woolcock Institute.

Scientists also tested the commonly held belief that boosting levels of omega-3 fatty acids in a child's diet could ward off allergic conditions.

Previous studies had shown that children who once a week ate fish, which has high doses of the special fats, were less likely than others to have asthma.

But this, too, was proven to have no preventative benefits, Dr Marks said.

"Once again we weren't able to demonstrate any beneficial effect," he said.

The study, published today in the Journal of Allergy and Clinical Immunology, involved children in western and south-western Sydney with a family history of asthma.

The result undermines popular beliefs and leave parents with no solid advice as to how they can protect their children, beyond the recommendation not to smoke around them.

"We're left with not having any strong evidence, apart from the avoidance of environmental tobacco smoke, about things that can be done to prevent the onset of asthma in children," Dr Marks said.

On the upside, the results prove parents should not blame themselves for failing to help their children dodge the conditions.

"Clearly, now there is no reason for people to feel that they should have been making major changes in the household."

But this does not mean asthma and eczema are purely genetic diseases, with Dr Marks saying some environmental factors very likely contribute to their onset.

"The fact is that at the moment, though, we don't know what they are, or how they affect us," he said.

More than two million Australians have asthma, with 15 per cent of children diagnosed with the condition.
